Move py files to new directory structure.

Links were to old ise/vivado directory paths which no longer exist

Somehow this fell through the cracks

Workshop2019

Fixed Red Pitaya Spectrometer Tutorial

The Red Pitaya Spectrometer tutorial did not run with the generated slx and fpg file. This has been fixed. The documentation has also been updated/corrected to make it easier for the user to follow.

- re-worked the tutorial to modify an existing yellow block as new_yellow_block has been removed
- changed the order of the mask initialisation so that parameters are added first and the mask script called second (previous instruction order resulted in an error)
- added images of interim steps for more clarity
- added information on YAML files and using the tutorial for other CASPER supported boards

The files were created based on the old ise/vivado
segregated platform layout.

This moves them in line with the 2019+ layout

Took workshop2019 versions where conflicts existed

Replace deprecated function

Update snap tge tutorial fpg file

casperfpga.print_10gbe_core_details() not found.
Replace by print_gbe_core_details() but undefined keys related to 'xaui_status' in casperfpga to be fixed.

Replace ROACH references by SNAP's in snap_tut_spec tutorial

Typo fix on Red Pitaya tutorial.
