Updated correlator with good_data flag to indicate data fidelity in the presence of possible missed packets

Added integration length functionality to correlator. Currently works for a single scan-- no dumps in subsequent scans yet

Updated BeamformerBackend to include Bank-specific parameters such as xid and instance. Updated hpc process startup as well

Refined .gitingore rules, cleaned up repo, and pushed pending files, including a dummy fits writer for testing purposes.

Added a controlled version of the correlator that is controllable via commands to stdin. Also added dibas-related files so that the correlator can be controlled via dibas.

Updated README_GB.md with library path instructions, and added beamformer weight file to remove segmentation fault.

Numerous minor fixes to allow integration into the GB systems. New README explaining how to install at GB.

Finished beamformer integration into hashpipe (Works as far as I can tell given the limited verification)

More housekeeping for beamformer lib. Added beamformer to standalone hashpipe code (not functional yet)

Created standalone total_power hashpipe code and finished massaging total_power GPU shared library so that it fits into the hashpipe framework
