dual fx mode integration

Integration of fx mode into dealer/player and hashpipe. The big catch for this integration was that the previous xgpu library for the coarse correlator was built using a version of xgpu that was operating on ints. Adding a separate xpgu_pfb.h that operates at floating point and modifying other files to build a xgpu_pfb library that does this operation allows for dual fx operation.

Modified install script to clean in-between each use. Also enabled the PFB correlator plugin creation in Makefile.am

Increase flag_gpu_pfb_databuf to be compatible for a pfb correlation mode

Modified pfb correlator thread to match PFB thread. Also added conditional path setting to install script and CUDA path setting

Successful implementation of the PFB into hashpipe and dealer/player.

Integration of pfb codes

Remove check_python for runtime coeff creation. Revert to load a file at runtime for the coeff instead. Ready tested in hashpipe and starts up. Ready to run with data to see what to fix next.
