Added a PFB version of the correlator. Also corrected the error checking in cuda_correlator to flag errors when error value was GREATER THAN the tolerance, rather than less than.

Removed controlled directory since it is now deprecated. Use flag_gpu/src instead. Relevant Dealer/Player codes moved to parent directory

Updated codes to work with new libtool and automake versions; created install script that compiles and installs everything needed to use FLAG

Modified flag_gpu Makefile.am to create multiple plugins for different modes so that each plugin would use different libraries.

Added a FRB-correlator-specific transpose thread, which will mark 100 output blocks as filled for each input block it receives, making each output block have only 40 time samples.

Adapted autoconfigure scripts to accommodate new FRB correlator library. Currently compiles. Also adpated flag_databuf to use compile-time values for variables.

Added a short-time correlator (FRB correlator) version of the xGPU libraries. Seems to work with test driver.

Modified auto_dealer.py and BeamformerBackend.py to accept a startTime and scanLength from the ScanCoordinator
