incorporating the flag_pfb_transpose thread to readuce data in the transpose thread instead of map operation in pfb.

fix git conflict in corsave using the SAVE macro

Updated PFB Lib

Commiting cleaned up version of the faster pfb code that launches a 2D grid of blocks. Also commiting versions of the save threads that use the SAVE preprocessor macro when wanting to save to disk.

incorporated a faster version of the pfb that launches a 2D grid of blocks to compute the PFB operation instead of looping several times over a 1D grid. The FFT is still looped over a 1D structure. This is because in the current data structure the FFT cannot be batched such that it can perform the FFTs simulataneous as if it was a 2D grid of blocks. Another commit will include the cleaned up version of these code's before merge.

Modified dummy_fits_writer to terminate when STOP command is issued, to match the actual FITS writers provided by WVU
